Q: Sizing?

A: Check out the sizes page to see a complete size chart! We always caution our customers to buy a size larger if ever in doubt. A child can always grow into an item that is a bit large, but not one that is too small.

Q: Washable?

A: Each EEPwear apparel item is highly durable. To best preserve the quality of the design, we suggest washing each item inside out with like colors. If the design wrinkles after washing, we suggest using a cotton selection and ironing on the reverse side.

Q: Fabric choices?

A: While many of our designs are created with a specific fabric theme, if you do not see a fabric choice that suits your liking, please contact us for alternate fabric choices. We strive to meet your needs as much as we are able.

Q: Personalization?

A: Want to create an even more unique EEPwear item?? Please contact us with your design specifications and we'll be happy to accommodate your request as best we can for a nominal fee.

Q: Why does my item look slightly different from the items on the website?

A: Each item is hand-made from a selection of high quality fabrics. Because there are often variances in the fabrics used, you may notice slight color/style variations. In addition, we pride ourselves in creating styles produced by hand, so you may notice that each item is not an exact replica of the last. We feel that these slight changes help you to have a more unique clothing item.

Q: I've noticed a few frayed edges on the fabric appliqué after a few washings, is this normal?

A: We feel that the slight fraying that may occur after a number of washings adds to the character of each EEPwear by EliAnn design. We have chosen to not use any antifraying products as they are often flammable, and we feel that such chemicals and baby clothing do not mix well. If you feel that your EEPwear by EliAnn clothing item is not wearing well, please contact us.
